Hey, I’m Bharat.
You know that feeling when you just know you’re on the cusp of being truly elite in this recruiting game? I’ve spent my career obsessed with what separates the good from the great. I’ve been in the war rooms with the top 1% of tech recruiters in the US – the names you’d recognize. I’ve listened, learned, and mapped out what truly makes them tick, their toughest challenges, and their biggest breakthroughs. Think of it as my own 10,000 hours understanding the recruiter’s mind.
But here’s my twist: I’ve also lived on the other side. As a software architect, I’ve run countless interviews and been the candidate myself. I know what top-tier tech skill actually looks like from the inside, and I see the behavioral psychology (that’s the University of Chicago part of me kicking in!) playing out in every single hiring conversation.
Unfortunately, There’s no real manual for this stuff. No go-to guide for navigating the nuances that make a tech recruiter truly exceptional.
